Spring Auction 2025 Volunteers

Calling all Parkside Montessori PTA Volunteers!

The planning for our exciting Spring Auction in 2025 is in full swing, and we need your help to make it a huge success!

We're looking for enthusiastic volunteers to assist with various tasks, including:

  • Pre Event preparations: Preparing items and decor before event
  • Auction Items: Help us secure exciting donations from businesses or individuals.
  • Wine pull: Donate bottles of wine for our fun wine pull.
  • Decorations: Spruce up the venue and create a festive atmosphere.
  • Registration Table: Checking in guests 
  • Clean up and breakdown: Helping clean up after the event

Volunteering is Rewarding!

Donating your time and talents not only benefits the PTA but also counts towards the mandatory 30 hours of volunteer hours. Whatever help you can provide is greatly appreciated.

Event is on Saturday, March 15, 2025 at 6 pm - 11pm 

**SETUP ARRIVAL TIME IS 2PM**

  • Tablescape, 2 Designs: Organize & Set up Florals, Overlays, Chargers, Candles, Horses
  • Bar Decor
  • Tables/Chairs: Set up in Room
  • Table Linens: Tablecloths, Runners, Napkins
  • Place Settings: Set Tables (Hand off to Catering Wait Staff once example tables set)
  • Pre-Dinner Video Loop: Horse racing
  • AV Set-up
  • Transportation: Decor & Auction Items to/from Event
