All Parkside families (Montessori, SDC and Preschool) are invited to join our community at the International Event this year.

• Experience displays, activities and music from around the world, shared by our own Parkside Montessori parents.
• Students are invited to come dressed in cultural attire, and to participate in a fashion show (sign up details below)

International Event 2021 Frequently Asked Questions:

Q: How do I sign up to attend this event?

There is no sign up to attend the International Event. All families from Montessori, SDC and Parkside Preschool classes are welcome to come.

Q: How do I sign up to volunteer at this event?

Sign up online HERE to volunteer, or email Brandy at events@parksidepta.com.

Q: How do I sign up my child for the fashion show?

All fashion show participants must complete the online sign up HERE, NO LATER than Friday, November 12. All fashion show participants MUST be in a cultural outfit.

Q: Is food allowed at this event?
Unfortunately there will be no food available at this event and we will not be able to allow for participants to eat while at the event. If your child needs a snack after school, please consume it before joining the event.

Q: Are masks required?
Yes, masks are required for all participants, adults, students, siblings, etc.

Q: Can my child come on their own after school?
No, each child must come with some adult supervision. There will be a check in table for the event and each participant will need to check in, have a parent/guardian sign the PTA Waiver, if they have not already done this one (LINK HERE), and pick up a passport and event bag.

Q: Does my child need to arrive dressed in their cultural outfit if they are in the fashion show?
If your child would like to wear their outfit the whole time, they are welcome to do so. If they prefer to change into it after they arrive, they can do this in the bathroom. The fashion show will occur around 4pm or so.
