Lower Elementary Playdate

What is a cohort playdate?

This 2025-26 school year, the Parkside PTA has allocated $1,200 for each cohort to use for a playdate. It can be any event that invites camaraderie within the entire cohort and meets the PTA's insurance policy. A parent volunteer must plan and organize the playdate and secure approvals for the date, expenses, and logistics from the PTA Board.

Who is our cohort lead?

Lower El cohort playdate lead is Michelle Carothers.

Who's invited?

All Lower El students (Grades 1-3) and their families. An adult must be present with each student. These are NOT drop-off events!

Is there a cost?

This is a free event provided by the PTA.
