Approval Process for Funding Proposals

Proposals of $500 or less

• The Board reviews the proposal at the next Board meeting.

• The Board votes to approve or deny it.

• No Association vote is needed.

Proposals over $500

• The Board reviews the proposal at the next Board meeting.

• The Board votes to approve or deny it.

• If the Board approves the proposal:

  • The proposal then goes to the Association.

  • The Association votes to approve or deny it at the next Association meeting.
