What is this playdate?

This 2025-26 school year, the Parkside PTA has allocated $1,200 for each cohort to use for a playdate. It can be any event that invites camaraderie within the entire cohort and meets the PTA's insurance policy. A parent volunteer must plan and organize the playdate and secure approvals for the date, expenses, and logistics from the PTA Board. 

Who is our cohort lead?

Lower El cohort playdate lead is Michelle Carothers.

EVENT #1: COOKIES AND CRAFTS

Time: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Location: Parkside Primary Playground

Note: Buildings will not be open, so no bathrooms will be available for use

EVENT #2: FUR, SCALES, AND TALES ANIMAL SHOW

Date: Sunday, April 19, 2026

Time: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM
