SPRING AUCTION AND DINNER
DINNER Enjoy a buffet dinner in the golden glow of magic hour in the beautiful Bayview Dining Room at CSM. See the Dinner Menu.
DRINKS Drink tickets will be sold in advance online and at the event. There will be no cash bar. All drinks are the same price: one drink, one ticket. All drink ticket proceeds go to Parkside Montessori PTA, so drink up! See the Bar Menu.
Drink Ticket Presale goes live on April 20 at 9 AM. Presale price is only $12 per ticket. Price goes up to $14 at the event.
LIVE AUCTION Get ready for our golden moment of the evening! Raise your paddles for a fast-paced bidding experience led by an auctioneer. Open your hearts and your wallets as friendly competition turns into pure gold for our school. Only auction attendees have the exclusive opportunity to bid on these glittering premium items and experiences.
WINE PULL Strike gold at our Wine Pull! For a set amount, guests will select for a mystery bottle valued between $25 and $150+. All bottles are generously donated and wrapped so your selection is a surprise. You never know when you’ll uncover liquid gold. Only auction attendees may participate in this treasure hunt.
COUNT-ME-IN Get ready to go for the gold with experiences hosted by Parkside community members for our Parkside community.
CMI Preview goes live on April 20 at 9 AM PT. CMI sales will open exclusively to Spring Auction attendees on April 25. Remaining tickets will be available to the Parkside community on April 26.
SILENT AUCTION Let the bidding begin! Browse and bid online on an array of shining items and experiences. Bidding stays open for a set time, and when it closes, the highest bid takes home the gold.
Silent Auction bidding goes live on April 20 at 9 AM PT and close on April 25 at 6 PM. Bidding is open to the general public.
FUND-A-NEED Turn generosity into solid gold impact. Fund-A-Need contributions go directly toward a specific initiative that benefits our classrooms. Every dollar truly counts, and every gift makes a direct difference. Donations are 100% tax-deductible and open to everyone.

DANCING Polish those dancing shoes and get ready to light up the floor.
PHOTO OPS Come dressed in your golden best and strike a pose! Capture the memories of a night that’s pure gold.
EVENT TICKETS Ticket sales will go live on March 16, 2026 and close on April 13, 2026. A single admission ticket is priced at $125.

Luxury experiences, getaways, cultural experiences, family-friendly activities, cooking classes, concert tickets, backstage passes, meet-and-greets, signed memorabilia, art pieces (students & faculty work welcome), photo sessions, and gift baskets are just a few examples.
Please note that in-kind donations of services are generally not tax-deductible for the donor.

WINE PULL
The wine pull is a fundraising activity where participants pay a set amount for the chance to draw a bottle of wine valued at $25-$150+. The wines are donated, and the bottles are randomized so that participants don’t know what they’re getting. It’s a fun and exciting way to raise money and try new wines!

COUNT-ME-IN
WHAT IS A COUNT-ME-IN EVENT?
Looking for a fun way to support our fundraiser? Host a Count-Me-In! Count-Me-Ins are small, hosted gatherings (dinners, game nights, tastings, workshops, hikes, or creative experiences) where guests “count themselves in” by purchasing a spot, with proceeds supporting our PTA.
You choose the theme, date, and number of guests, and we’ll help with sign-ups. We can’t wait to see your ideas and make this year’s Count-Me-Ins our best yet!
