WELCOME TO THE HOME OF PARKSIDE MONTESSORI PTA

At Parkside Montessori, our community of families and educators creates an environment where children learn and grow. Key to what makes Parkside special is our strong culture of parent involvement, where families contribute 30 volunteer hours per year and share their time and talents to support school initiatives. Central to this effort is the Parkside PTA, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit made up of dedicated parent volunteers and staff who work together to advocate for the well-being of all students. 2026-27 PTA BACK-TO-SCHOOL CHECKLIST
			Update Your Student Information On this site (ParksidePTA.com), click on "My Account" in the top navigation, select "My Forms" from the drop-down menu, and update your contact and student details for the 2026–27 school year.
			Sign the PTA Event Participation Waiver A completed waiver is required for all students and families to participate in PTA-sponsored events throughout the year (e.g., Walk-A-Jog, Movie Nights, Lego Lab, and more).
			Join or Renew Your PTA Membership PTA memberships must be renewed annually. Dues are $11 for an individual adult or $22 for a household. As a member, you'll gain access to the school directory, join a supportive community, and have a vote on key PTA decisions and budget allocations.
			Contribute to the Direct Donation Campaign The annual Direct Donation campaign is our PTA's primary source of funding. Your tax-deductible contribution directly supports essential Montessori materials, classroom resources, enrichment programs, and school events.
			Complete Your Volunteer Interest Survey Explore volunteer opportunities that match your schedule, interests, and skills. Per our Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), each household is asked to contribute a minimum of 30 volunteer hours per school year to support our students and campus.

WELCOME BACK Picnic

Time: 1:00-4:00 PM

Location: Joinville Park

Come celebrate the new school year with us! Enjoy lawn games and a sweet visit from the ice cream truck from 1:00 to 3:30 PM. Every student gets one free ice cream treat! On-site registration for PTA membership and green t-shirt sale will be available.
